I have been working in the web industry for 10 years. I am hands-on and have grown different products for entities (startups, companies, charities and public) from MVP to acquisition or handover. I worked on B2C, B2B and Back-office web applications. I thrive in fast paced products environments, and am keen on being user centric.
The Product : We leverage French Open Data to analyze students outcome in vocational education and derive impact KPIs for the training programs they completed. We allowed the needs of vocational high schools to emerge through their principals and built a workflow upon it to shape the vocational training offer in coherence with national ambitions (Ministries, Directorate General for School Education).
My Role : I am in charge of the technical team, contractors and delivery. I am also responsible for the technical solution handover to the National Ministery of Education after incubation within beta.gouv.
The Product : We enabled online job datings for public & private universities. We aimed at building a smooth process for both organizers (schools) and participants (companies and students). Unsurprisingly the product user base grew a lot during COVID.
My Role : I was responsible for the technical team processes during a period of significant user and client growth (x10 in 1,5 years) and driving the product handover following the acquisition.
The Product : Gandi is a historical registrar. Our goal was to open possibilities and be reliable as a domain name supplier handling over 2M+ users yearly.
My Role : I was in charge of “domain name management”’s interface and back-office, and participated in interdepartemental front-end organization.
The Product : We aimed at facilitating the life of real estate agents by providing a full white-label web-app for their workflow.
My Role : I redesigned the applicative architecture behind an outdated IT system for real estate agents, proposed a technical solution, and delivered a MVP.
I co-founded a web development school. It had no entry requirements and free of charge for participants. Over 4 years, we taught 60 people, and more than half successfully changed careers or pursued further education.
I co-created a cartography and modelling product for IT systems within a consulting firm. We were the first users, and it helped us operate software migrations by planning, following and documenting. I help maintain it on a regular basis.
I developped features such as search, maps, payment funnel, internationalization, for an professional space Airbnb (pop-up store, showrool, etc.).
